| Ottawa violinist Ioan Harea returns to The Forth Stage of the National Arts Centre in the first in a series of three concerts on Friday October 19 at 8 pm. A brilliant and versatile violinist Harea, who has recorded 5 cds, performs throughout Canada, the United States, South America and Europe, as well as teaching at the Crane School of Music at SUNY in Potsdam NY. |
| On the October 19th concert, titled "The Potsdam Connection", Ioan Harea is joined by colleagues from the Crane School of Music in Potsdam New York pianist Kirk Severtson, clarinettist Raphael Sanders and violinist John Lindsey in an entirely classical program of works by Khachaturian, Shostakovich, Beethoven and Charles de Beriot. |
